Mengkonstruksi Spiritual Capital Berbasis Islamic Values Di Dalam Organisasi Bisnis Islam: A Literature Study
Abstract
Penelitian ini diajukan untuk membangun konsep spiritual capital berbasis Islamic values di dalam organisasi bisnis Islam. hal ini didasari perlunya konsep aset tidak berwujud (intangible asset). selain itu, konstruksi spiritual capital masih banyak dikaji dalam pandangan sekuler. Dalam upaya menemukan model spiritual capital berbasis Islamic values, penelitian ini menempuh jalan studi literatur/ a literature study. Temuan-temuan dari telaah berbagai jurnal-jurnal kemudian dianalisis secara radikal dan hasilnya disajikan secara sistematis dan komprehensif. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa spiritual capital didasarkan pada ajaran pokok Islam yakni: akidah, syariat dan akhlak. Dalam organisasi bisnis Islam, spiritual capital dikonsturksi dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis kebajikan yang ada dalam ukhuwah Islamiyah¸ dengan nilai-nilai yakni: niat, taqwa, ihsan, kepercayaan, kejujuran, keadilan, etqan, konsultasi hingga kesabaran. Dalam upaya penamannya kedalam Organisasi bisnis Islam, diperlukan pendekatan tazkiyatun nafs. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya konsep spiritual capital berbasis Islamic values yang merupakan bagian dari company capital di dalam organisasi bisnis Islam.
